Direct TV Script
A script is a file written on your hu card using your
programmer. The script file that gets applied to your card is what
opens the card so you can receive the chosen channels (ppv,
adult, ect).
Privately Encrypted Software
Scripts Activation - Sends a very similar command to the card that
DirecTV sends when activation programming, except activates all
programs that could normally be subscribed to (hence PPV's, etc are
not opened).
DirecTV combats Activation by constantly sending down
"wipe" commands, which clear extra programming information from
cards.
Ecm's (electronic counter measures) are sent down to
descramble the code that you have written on your card. When your
card goes down you must apply a brand new script file to your card
to open all channels again!
